Our Story

Hi there! I'm Sheri. Thank you for visiting my site. Here is a sneak peak into my world.

As far back as I can remember, I have helped people to get to a better place in their lives. When I started Standing Stone Wellness, my focus was to help people cope with stressors. Too often stressors not only affect our health, but also affect those who surround us. Aromatherapy provides a natural means for us to de-stress, feel happier, and soothe discomforts such as muscle aches, sleep concerns, skin issues and more; all the while encouraging us to take time out to stop and smell the Rose Otto.

All of my products are small batch, hand-crafted products made without the “Dirty Dozen” toxic chemical additives as identified by David Suzuki and the Toxic Ten ingredients identified by Environmental Defense Canada. I use natural butters and waxes. Most fragrance comes from essential oils. All products are cruelty free.

I love to read and research new topics. My wellness journey began long ago. I’ve tried many things that have helped me along the way, and I’m happy to introduce these ideas to others and maybe help them too. I’m a certified aromatherapist, reiki practitioner, a student of holistic nutrition, and a student of life. I have been called a perpetual learner, and that has made all the difference for me. The movement toward a simpler, more natural way of living is growing. Become a part of our community and share your thoughts on living a happier, healthier, more natural life.
