Local Pickup
If you are local to the Burlington area, we offer local pickup at no charge. Simple chose “Pickup” at checkout. An email will be sent to you when your order is ready. Please allow 72 hours for order processing.
Shipping
Orders are generally processed within 72 hours (Monday – Saturday). After your order is processed you will receive a shipping confirmation notification. Tracking numbers are provided when they are available. We use a local courier or Canada Post. A flat rate of $15 applies to Canadian orders. Orders in the continental US ship for a flat rate of $6.50.
Shipping to PO Boxes
Many carriers do not ship to PO Boxes. To ensure that you will receive your order please use a street address.
Covid-19 Restrictions
Due to the Covid-19 virus, we currently ship only within Canada and the continental United States. Depending on the delivery address shipping can take 2-8 weeks.
